Meet Hollow!

Hollow is just over 2 years old. He came to the shelter as a stray, and was never claimed. He struggled settling in and was scared and defensive.

Staff knew that there was a sweet boy in there that just had to learn to trust people, and they worked really hard to make him comfortable around people. He has since settled and become a very sweet boy, who loves gentle pets. He also loves to chat and loves to play when he feels comfortable, especially with his jaguar mouse toy!

He is also very motivated and loves treats and meal times. Hollow can still be startled by loud noises and commotion, and is still wary of new people and strangers.

Hollow has a hard time settling into new environments and will need a home that is patient during this time. He would likely do best in a home with children aged 12+. He seems to be interested in other cats, but does seem to get overwhelmed by high energy ones.

He has not been dog tested, and being shy would probably prefer a home with no dogs, but a test can be arranged with an approved application.

Hollow is up-to-date on his shots and has been neutered. His adoption include a Royal Canin information package, as well as samples of dry and wet food. Plus, there’s a $25 voucher from our friends at Ren’s Pets, Belleville.
